Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all HydroHealth US tags are still attached and the garments are in pristine condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
